SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR 2022 FALL CONVENTION

The Central States District is committed to offering a safe, accessible event. Given the recent changes in CDC and Local Health Department Guidelines, here are the measures we're taking for everyone's mutual protection.  It is important that all attendees take all precautions you feel are important for you to remain safe throughout the convention.

HIGHLIGHTS

  • Policies may be updated closer to the event based on CDC and local health guidance at the time of the event.

  • All events (including afterglows and informal gatherings) will be strictly limited to registered attendees.

CSD SAFETY REQUIREMENTS/COMMITMENTS

  • All attendees will be encouraged to be up-to-date on all recommended vaccinations and booster shots. Masks will be optional.

  • For the safety of all attendees, please refrain from attending if you are experiencing any COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms.

  • There will be no assigned seating and the entire auditorium at the Lied Center will be open. This will allow anyone that wants to distance themselves from others to be able to do so easily.

  • Identification will be provided on-site so you can designate your level of comfort with proximity of contact with fellow attendees. More information will be provided closer to the convention.

  • All events (including afterglows and informal gatherings) will be strictly limited to registered attendees.

*We reserve the right to adjust health & safety protocols as needed based on the current status of health protocols and recommendations.
